Greg Snell Speaks, Writes, Serves and is Recognized

Attorney Greg Snell has continued to speak and write regularly on business law topics.  Recently Mr. Snell spoke to the UCF Incubator Program and the Volusia Flagler Family Y Wellness Council on averting employee claims.  He is scheduled to speak on the same topic to the Volusia Flagler Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Managers (“SHRM”) in March and to the Volusia County Bar Association on contacts in April.  An article written by Mr. Snell on averting employee claims appeared in a recent issue of the Volusia Flagler Business Report and he was also a guest on the Holland Financial radio show Real Money.

He has been designated a 2013 Top Rated Lawyer in labor and employment law, one of many similar distinctions he has received over the years, including a finalist as one of the top 500 lawyers in America twice, a top 3,000 lawyer in America twice, a Florida Super Lawyer in Commercial Litigation, and rare perfect ratings by Martindale-Hubbell and Avvo, two of the leading attorney rating services.  Mr. Snell is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to advocates who have obtained million, or multi-million, dollar outcomes for clients in contested matters, something he has done many times.

Mr. Snell also finished his third consecutive term as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Volusia Flagler Family Y at the end of 2012, an organization with tens of thousands of members, and many times that many program participants.  He commenced a new three year term on the Y Board of Directors, and also serves on the Executive Committee as Immediate Past Chair.  Mr. Snell has been serving on a Y board for over 20 continuous years and is a prior recipient of awards as the Outstanding Volunteer for the Y and for outstanding service and dedication.  In gratitude for his service as Chair he was presented with a beautiful piece of clear glassware with the Y logo engraved and elephant cuff links. 

Mr. Snell also recently commenced a new term with the Daytona State College Foundation Board of Directors.  During his professional life he has served on dozens of boards and committees pertaining to professional and civil endeavors, many, if not, most, as chair or president.  Through the firm, and personally, Mr. Snell supports innumerable causes on a regular basis.
