Attorney Greg Snell recently spoke again to a group of aspiring business owners at a workshop held by the Small Business Development Center at Daytona State College. The talk covered virtually every aspect of the creation and operation of a business, including legal entity selection, contracts, intellectual property, employees, regulation, dispute resolution, liability, litigation and many others.  Mr. Snell provided many examples based on his experiences of how problems can arise when issues aren't properly dealt with by business owners, including, the biggest nightmare of all, and Mr. Snell's greatest area of expertise, litigation.

Mr. Snell frequently speaks and writes on business law topics, including business litigation.  He has spoken to groups such as the Florida Chamber of Commerce, the Volusia Manufacturers Association, the Volusia County Bar Association, the Ormond Chamber Leadership Program, the Volusia County Medical Society and many others.  Mr. Snell has written for publications such as the Volusia/Flagler Business Report, the Volusia County Bar Association newsletter "The Communicator," the Volusia County Medical Society News Bulletin "The Stethoscope" among many others.  He has also been published in the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, an article for which he won an award for outstanding writing ability, and featured in the Lawyers Weekly USA.
